Do you have extra vegetables in your garden this year? I have the perfect place for you to give them to and help others in your community. I stopped by the Food Bank today to ask them if they could use them. The lady said 'Yes, they would love them'. The office hours are from 8:30 to 4:30; but, if you take them in from 8:30 to noon and 1:00 to 2:00 they will go out the same day. They have a fridge so if you come between 2:00 and 4:30 and they will go out the next day. This is amazing. The Food Bank is located at: 140 Hickson Ave, Kingston, ON K7K 2N6.
